Use this form to exercise your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Your request is evaluated in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller and concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

If Your Request Is Not Resolved

If your application is rejected, if you find our response insufficient, or if we do not respond within 30 days, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning our response and, in any case, within 60 days of the date of your application.
