The consent statements below relate to the NailInspo mobile application operated by Fırat Erol. Please read the Data Protection Notice before giving consent.
I give my explicit consent to Fırat Erol recording, storing, and processing the photos of my hands that I upload, for the purpose of rendering AI-generated nail art on my nails.
Scope: Up to four hand photos. These photos are used only to generate design visualizations and to verify that the uploaded image is appropriate.
What they are never used for: These photos are not used for identity verification, person recognition, or biometric matching. Your original hand photos are never shown to other users. A generated design shows your hand, and is shown to others only if you choose to make it public. They are not used for advertising, and not sold or transferred to third parties for AI model training.
If you decline: You will not be able to use the AI design generation feature. You can still browse the theme catalog, the trending feed, and designs shared by other users.
I give my explicit consent, pursuant to Article 9 of Law No. 6698, to the transfer of my hand photos and the free-text design requests I write to the artificial intelligence services fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc.) and Google Gemini (Google LLC), both headquartered in the United States, for the purpose of generating designs.
Data transferred: Hand photos, free-text design requests, selected reference theme images.
Recipients: Features & Labels, Inc. — fal.ai (United States): AI image generation. Google LLC — Gemini API (United States): checking that an upload shows a hand and describing reference designs.
Risks: Because your data is transferred outside Türkiye, it may be subject to a legal regime different from the protection provided by Law No. 6698. The transfer is supported by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses notified to the Turkish Data Protection Authority.
If you decline: AI generation features cannot function technically.
I give my explicit consent to the transfer of my unique user identifier and subscription information to RevenueCat, Inc., headquartered in the United States, for the purpose of validating and managing my subscription.
Data transferred: Unique user identifier (uniqueId), subscription status, product identifier, purchase and expiration dates, store information. Your hand photos are not transferred to this recipient.
If you decline: You will not be able to purchase a paid subscription or use features that require one.
Under Article 7 of the Law, you may withdraw your explicit consent at any time, without giving a reason, and free of charge.
Effects of withdrawal:
To meet our burden of proof, we log the date and time you gave consent and the version of the text you approved. These records are used solely to demonstrate that consent exists and for no other purpose.
