Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all of the data you have given us at any time. This action cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the App (recommended)

Open NailInspo.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Open Settings (the gear icon).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
Read the warning screen and confirm by tapping Delete.

Once you confirm, your account and data begin being deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By Email

If you lost your device, first install NailInspo on an iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID: your profile comes back through iCloud and you can delete it in the app as above. If that is not possible, write to us and include your Support ID (Profile → Settings in the app) and your nickname so we can find your account.

Send a deletion request email

Or write directly to info@firat-erol.com.tr with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include your Support ID and nickname so we can find your account.

Email requests are completed within 30 days at the latest. We notify you once the deletion is finished.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased:

Your hand photos (up to 4)	Erased immediately and permanently
All AI-generated design images	Deleted
Nickname, profile picture and identifier (and the email address and phone number of accounts from earlier versions)	Deleted
Your secret key (hash), and any password from an earlier version	Deleted
Your likes, favorite themes, and generation history	Deleted
The copy of your profile in your iCloud	Removed by the app — the next launch starts a new, empty profile on all your devices
Remaining paid subscription time	Not refundable
Subscription record on our servers	Deleted — see the note below about canceling with Apple

What is retained

Because of our legal obligations, the following data is kept for a limited period:

Billing and financial records — retained for 10 years as required by Turkish tax and commercial law. These records are used solely for financial audit purposes and for nothing else.
Free try-on record — if you used your free try-on in the last 24 hours, that one record (with the device identifier it was used from) is kept until the 24 hours are over, so the free try-on cannot be reset by deleting and re-creating an account. It is then deleted.
Anonymized statistics — aggregate figures (such as total number of generations) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

Important — about your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To stop being charged, you must cancel separately:

iOS Settings → (Your Name) → Subscriptions → NailInspo → Cancel Subscription

We recommend completing this step before you delete your account.

Alternatives to Deleting Your Account

Instead of deleting your account entirely, you can:

Delete only your hand photos: Profile → Settings → Privacy Preferences → withdraw consent. Your photos are deleted and your account stays active.
Hide your designs: Turn visibility off for any design to stop it from being shown to other users.
Cancel your subscription: End your paid plan without deleting your account.
